      I am a product manager I need to work with lot of different teams at prosper. Long list of cons. No planning by other teams. Sudden changes in priorities. Unnecessary urgency creation. Change in the direction everyday. Company is a sinking ship. Over promising and under delivering. In experienced top execs in managing mass lending business.
