      Benefits, work/life balance, nice people

      Cons

      Culture of complacency Lack of accountability Insincere leadership: espouses our mission to be category defining but we lag our competition (eg additional products, co applicant) - all while they’re definitely (and unsuccessfully) trying to sell the company (see business insider article) CEO isn’t leading; doesn’t have a vision - an ex bank exec that is conservative / lacks conviction, seems insecure Mass exodus of talent over recent 6-12 months is disturbing Two execs have left / in process of leaving There’s basically no marketing team

      Pros

      Great people, culture, and benefits. Prosper is what you make of it; there's a ton of opportunity for those willing to put in the work. Also, great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Turnover has been a killer. Lots of one-offs, undocumented processes, and a ton of technical debt as a result. Every year performance reviews seem to push people out.

      Pros

      Change in execs was a positive move for the company, we now have focus, goals and are all back on the same team, working together to make a difference in the marketplace. The days of department head ego's and territories hurting the business are gone. Awesome place to work with amazing people at every level.

      Cons

      None really at this point from my point of view. We need to continue to work on company culture, but we are well on track.
