      Almost a Homer

      Pros

      At first this company was promising. Great product and i felt like i was a part of a company. Great benefits and AMAZING people who work here.

      Cons

      Company bit more than they can chew and. Peoples jobs were lost at the expense of how the market looked and the internal decisions made from the time i was employed. some processes was pretty much made on the spot.

      Pros

      When I joined the company was doing great, fast growing and lots of work. The CEO's and Directors will come monthly to have open meetings with everyone over free happy hours and food. Prosper gives a lot to the employees such as a full stocked kitchen of snacks and drinks, bagels every friday and alcoholic drinks on happy hour events.

      Cons

      Very customer oriented call center environment. Management focuses on the best for everyone but yet lacks to give results. Promotions are given to those lucky enough to receive the right training and oportunities given to people who are overly friendly and get along with management.

      Pros

      The team is continuing to grow (over 500 of us now) and the HR team and Execs are tuned into what employees need/want in order to succeed. Prosper provides a constant stream of communication for us through tech talks, round tables, and town halls. We are informed, we are treated well, and we're allowed to do big things. The organization is transforming around us and it's good. In fifteen plus years of my career, I can honestly say that this is the best company I have ever worked for, or could imagine working for.

      Cons

      It's hard to wait. We're growing and we want to change everything and revolutionize everything, all the time. Many times we just can't do as much as we want, as fast as we want. That's really it, though.
