Pros
New product launching in 2019 and overall a great culture. Really like the people I work with and don't feel there is a lot of office politics like other places I have been (but it's all relative). Since the company is still somewhat small, it's easier to be involved in things that make a difference (again...relative). Leadership provides regular updates at town halls and there are several fun company events throughout the year.
Cons
Leadership could be better at setting big company goals - occasionally goals are set without a real defined way to achieve and when obstacles arise or changes have to be made, it can be difficult to hit a certain target in a given timeframe (especially when things happen out of your control).
