      The SF HQ is a great location, and the benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Over the past year there has been a lot of turnover, including at the executive level, and attempts to improve workplace moral and culture have been purely superficial. Management has little loyalty to their employees, which is returned with little enthusiasm for the company or product. The CEO said it best when asked what they'd do to stop employees from leaving, "nothing." Rows of desks are empty from people who have left, and the majority of the workforce avoids being in the office as much as possible.

      Pros

      Loving it here. It's been an amazing turnaround of a year. Despite the growing pains for peer to peer and marketplace lending, we've become so much better in how we build software and work collaboratively and together. Wonderful leadership. We've addressed years of lack of good tech leadership.

      Cons

      It's been a tough year for this industry and things are finally turning around. We began the year with great momentum and then slowed down and now we are growing and hiring again.
