Pros

Nothing to really say here. I would have said some benefits are good but those are gone now.

Cons

This company exhibits toxicity at every level. The so-called C-suite consistently demonstrates poor leadership and a lack of accountability. The most frustrating aspect is their tendency to blame their teams for missed goals rather than taking responsibility themselves—something I’ve never witnessed to this extent in any other organization. The blame culture is deeply embedded: executives blame directors, directors point fingers at managers, and managers shift the blame to their teams. It creates a hostile work environment filled with internal conflicts. There’s little to no focus on diversity, and the overall culture is dysfunctional. To make matters worse, the company appears to be in its final stages. If you're looking to derail your career and daily well-being, look no further, this company is the best choice available in the market.

Pros

There are none anymore, including snacks, food, and 401(k), matching and bonuses

Cons

There is nothing anymore. The business is going broke obviously. There are no more 401(k) matching, and there is no more bonuses even if salary is high you probably will get laid off soon.

Pros

Benefits are somewhat ok ok.

Cons

Culture in the company is the worst. CEO is all talk, no real action. Biggest joker. very negative environment. Ship is sinking, but still lot of politics. It is best to get rid of all c-suite jokers as they clearly are incapable of managing this company. I looked up profiles of all c-suite, they merely worked as mid-level managers in other companies and became execs here. So, no solid foundation in terms of people or business management. Short term thinking. "Let's survive this day" type of mentality. Everyday there is some urgency, because there is no minimum planning. Directors, senior managers are even a bigger joke in this company. My manager who is a senior manager is useless and she don't have minimum common sense on how to respect. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I EVER WORKED.
