Company is learning to mature, and there's lots of energy and collaboration to do the right things. Did make many bad decisions in the past, but does make fat corrections and learns from the past. Current management is very supportive on employee empowerment, and transparency. Business model has proven itself over the years, and looking to scale going forward. Good modern technology stack to learn and mature from.
Cons
There are still growing pains as the business and culture is still evolving and maturing. There's always lots of work, and getting one's head around them could be challenging at the times.
