      A company with bad leadership

      Pros

      The company is located in the financial district. Convenient location to BART and MUNI. The company has reasonable benefits and a good selection of snacks,

      Cons

      The company's management is very dysfunctional. There are lots of infighting. Eventually CTO got fired. Chief Product Officer leads Technology and General Counsel leads Information Security. Both have no clue about the areas they are responsible for. Due to the bad culture and leadership, many good employees have resigned before the mass layoff.

      Pros

      -New management team at the senior level is great, and rapidly growing -After last round of funding should be stable enough for a while capital wise

      Cons

      -Middle management is the downfall. Old employees who have been around too long, unqualified and unappreciative. -Put in 2 weeks notice for a new opportunity, and they pretty much told me to pack my bags that day. Very unprofessional. I was with the company for several years too.
