      Still has a chance to be great

      Pros

      Only 2 real micro lenders who went through SEC hoops. Still has a chance to be great and make an impact on U.S. micro lending market. People will always need alternatives to helping consolidate their credit.

      Cons

      Sounds like things have changed management wise since my time there but this company had an amazing work culture. Some of the nicest and most talented people I've worked with left due to bad cultural fit decisions.

      Pros

      - Excellent Location in the heart of the financial district; - It's a start up with potential (only 2 key players that has gone through the SEC regulations); Lending Club and Prosper - Some true individuals that are not pretentious

      Cons

      - Majority (not all) of management are clueless. - Top Heavy as another review had mentioned - Career growth? Forget about it unless you know how to suck up or below to "the click" - The pay is ok; but the benefits are less than par; they'll try to make it up by granting more options but the true fact is the shares are so diluted; it's not accounting for anything. - Don't get suckered with options; demand for RSUs that way when you leave
