Pros

Good values and work culture. Lots of recession proofing over last few years means company will be stronger after COVID-19 recession. Generally starting to focus on quality over speed as there is a reasonable amount of tech debt that needs to be reclaimed. CEO & CFO has been very engaged and communicating well during COVID. Expecting full salary to be returned in next 6 months (much needed).

Cons

COVID-19 pay cuts (currently 15% and no 401k match). A few too many middle managers. Annual bonus should be every 6 monthly.

Pros

Engineers get to cruise as eng INleadership has no technology brains to set technology vision and innovation roadmap. Killer of innovation for profit. Engineering staff gets to coast a lot as there no need for thinking to be applied in technology Entire Ops team quit and is run by front end and quality engineers... hahahah

Cons

- with no technology brain, tech INleadership will live as flattery serves good at prosper - INleadership confederates will have awesome salary and package - ex-CPO and eng INleadership killed this company morale in engineering. Time to hire a technologist and help to make progress
