Pros

Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. You get most holidays off and you really get a great experience of what it takes to become a personal banker.

Cons

The pay is horrible compared to other banks. Advancement is there, if you are a favorite.

Pros

I liked the team-oriented environment

Cons

ALOT of favoritism for those who work there several years. I had a horrible experience training with catty girls. Also you can tell the difference between managers who do and don't have a college degree, I did not like my manager at all.
