Pros

Training Program was great. Benefits are decent. PTO. Learned a great deal. Get a lot of experience.

Cons

Really only designed to keep you for two years. You'll have to become a lender or go somewhere else to advance after that.

Pros

If you enjoy gossiping and being treated like dirt, this is the place for you!

Cons

they fired the only black teller who is also pregnant for asking for a little more help from one of my coworkers. They told me I needed to do it on my own. Now I’m pregnant with no job or health insurance, after they begged me to take the job in the first place.
