Pros

Flexible hours, fun, casual, long lunches

Cons

No sense of bettering things because they're so used to doing things one way even when it has nothing to do with bank practiced. Lots of favoritism. Frown on you using sick days especially if you're a teller. Poor management. Even Management's management won't do anything about anything. It feels like everyone is afraid of everyone which leads to unfair treatment. Basically just shut up and do everyone's job for everyone and you'll be okay. Some LITERALLY refuse to learn new things. This is an old bank with older employees in management. I don't see this company advancing much in the future. Set in old, dated, inefficient ways.
