Red flags all over the place starting with the interview process. No structure, inadequate training, management lacks knowledge and has zero connection with their team (everyone is a number on spreadsheet). Very toxic work environment. You can see why so many employees keep leaving here. And they actually blame it on bad hires instead of looking inward lol. Make good choices, this department is not a good choice unless you like being paid well in exchange for what is essentially accepting daily mental abuse. This department needs some serious changes and help. Think you can make a difference? Think again, they’ll exploit your work ethic here.
