Pros

Prosperity Bank has good benefits. The training isn't hard, overall I pick up things very quickly. I love our customers they are for the most part very sweet and nice at this location.

Cons

Policies and procedures constantly changing, have to keep up with what's up to date. At this branch the scheduling wasn't ideal. I've worked at another location where they worked with your scheduling a lot better, and they were more understanding. You get more work and "titles" put on you, without the official title or raise.

Pros

Large, Stable Company. The people in the banking centers are (usually) great and you can have a good career with the bank if you make an effort.

Cons

Too many hoops to jump through to get things done. CEO seems out of touch with the associates.
