      Good company struggling to improve but with many issues.

      Pros

      Independence from micro management. Well capitalized. Very conservative bank with very low non performing assets and loan losses. Located primarily in Texas.

      Cons

      Extreme expense containment. Very conservative loan approval structure which prohibits loan growth. Very few employee development programs that encourage or motivate employees.

      Great work hours, nice people to work with for the most part. Holidays off

      Cons

      Low pay they don't pay as much as other banks and are mostly late on keeping up to date with other bank
