Pros

Loved my coworkers... And the small town environment. Always doing great things within the community. The benefits were very adequate.

Cons

Nothing negative to report. It was overall a great place to work. Maybe stop rotating tellers from place to place to help them feel like they have a place to call theirs & get to know customers better...

Pros

Getting to meet many different people from the community is a definite pro. Not that complicated of an occupation.

Cons

Can get very slow at times. Some days just sitting on a chair. Not much of a team environment, most employees are only worried about themselves.
