Pros

Learned banking experience and customers were great most of the time.

Cons

Management is not top-notch and it's run like a high school clique. Uneven work loads and hypocritical atmosphere.

Cons

Old small community bank that has not kept up with growth from acquisitions. Manu upper mgmt manage by intimidation. Low pay.

Pros

Great on the job training for the daily duties of a teller. A free checking account when hired. Their also is no quota on sales of accounts you have to meet.

Cons

The teller position is a very demanding position dealing with irate customers. There is also a lot of information to acquire in order to do the job efficiently.
