Pros

- Large and growing company that historically acquires other banks - Allows for good work/life balance - Great co-workers

Cons

- Outdated technologies - Fragmented company. Can lead to silos and interdepartmental miscommunication. - Boss was in Dallas, while I worked in OKC as new credit analyst seeking more OTJ Training & Development, which led to a disconnect at times. - Lower end of the pay range for this position in this market. Other banks have paid me and others in similar positions much more.

Pros

There are some customers you will never forget and will truly love.

Cons

The health insurance they offer cost the same amount as a cobra policy. The dental and vision is a joke. Whether you work there or a customer expect to be mistreated. They treat everyone according to stereotypes, race , and account balance. They do nothing if you report any misconduct or mistreatment. All of the staff talk bad about each customer as they come through the door on teams chat. The staff also talks about each other on teams chat. If you need any training you’re on your on. Work environment is hostile from staff yelling and cursing each other out to leaving nasty sticky notes to other staff members. Favoritism and discrimination at the highest level. Management lack respect and authority from staff. The entire bank could careless about the customers or its employees. If you have any morals or standards do not work here. If you don’t have a prejudice or racist bone in your body do not work here. There is a certain type of culture that requires a high levels of toxicity in order to withstand working here.
