Pros

Great on the job training for the daily duties of a teller. A free checking account when hired. Their also is no quota on sales of accounts you have to meet.

Cons

The teller position is a very demanding position dealing with irate customers. There is also a lot of information to acquire in order to do the job efficiently.

Pros

they were very flexible with my school schedule and it was right down the street from my school so that was a plus

Cons

did not care about their part time employees, management didn't ever agree on policies, very frustrating to work with employees you had to pick the slack up for
