Good pay and benefits. Overtime is rarely needed. Relatively stress free.

Cons

Management for the department needs improvement. Unwilling to address issues that impacted the work flow of the entire department. If you were a hard worker you were given more work. If someone was lazy their responsibilities were taken away and given to someone else rather than corrected or reprimanded.
