Pros

Competitive compensation. Benefits are available.

Cons

When I was hired, I was promised training for the first few months, but I never received it. I asked my supervisor for help/proper training and I was told to go work with a colleague or just use the "stuff" available online. Yet when I didn't produce, it was my fault for lack of knowledge. There was a lot of micro managing that was always condescending to the employees. We were told multiple times that vacation was optional, but we could neither sell it back or carry it over. I've been in banking since 1998 and this was the worst experience I have ever had.
