Amazing flexibility, friendly work environment for the most part. Great starting pay and I will always appreciate the opportunity that was given to me.

Cons

Was terminated for circumstances outside of my control, but I can understand the way the company has to see it.

They don't push the the tellers to sell products. I can count on management to have my back with difficult customers.

Cons

No room for growth. Pay is below average. Management seems to think it's okay to tell us not to discuss our pay. A lot of micromanagement.
