Terrible company

Pros

Some genuine nice customers come through the door.

Cons

This company provides no training for you whatsoever. You will start then immediately be thrown to the wolves. It is an extremely toxic environment, unfortunately the boss I had would say very rude things about me and my character, to other employees that worked there on teams chat and email. They treat customers based on balances instead of treating them as good human beings. Instead of mentoring you or teaching you if you don’t get a understanding they will position you to be terminated. Lastly HR is no help they will ignore your emails and there is no direct way to contact them. In my 7 years of banking this is the worse place I’ve ever worked. I am thankful to find new employment. Lastly the pay is below average my salary was placed at the absolute maximum for a banker role and it was the salary I made years ago as a teller at another institution.

Pros

Handful of really great employees that still go above and beyond for their customers.

Cons

Too many to list. There’s a reason there’s 9 pages of open positions with several being for a Banking Center Manager. Constant errors and mistakes to customers accounts. Complaints constantly. Extremely embarrassing company to work for.

Pros
