Pros

- great bank to start with if it's your first time working at a bank - great work environment - sick time and vacation time are separate. - they don't put too much pressure on their employees

Cons

- the pay is very low compared to other banks - not much room for career advancement - "It's not what you do, it's who you know" if you want to advance or do well at this bank

Pros

Work life balance, coworkers, and stability.

Cons

Commission fee structure, you have to ask/fight for a raise, and lack of initiative to invest in technology; I.e. stuck in the 2000s.
