Coworkers were great people. Upper level management had some good people as well.

Cons

A lot of people have been and are leaving for a reason. The culture is highly political and petty. The pay was and still is far below competitors. Incentives are non-existent. Bonuses for all analysts were less than 1% and raises didn't keep up with inflation. They reward everyone the same regardless of performance.
