Old school system

Pros

system needs to be updated to keep up with new changes and technology

Cons

Very old system. have to run a teller transaction twice, customers still fill out deposit or withdrawal tickets, teller inputs it in the system in front of customer and provides receipt, then it has to be ran in the back in order for the transaction to post to the customer account. Twice the work for tellers, and is prone to mistakes because if the accounts are not written clearly or the teller is not double checking the accounts when scanned in back, it can post to the wrong account.
