Pros

Their credit analyst program is fantastic, and its a 2 year program. Once the two years is up, you will be promoted to a loan officer. Then, they will make sure you are in a place where you will have a good mentor that fits your personality and work qualities. After that, you're off the the races in very competitive Texas markets.

Cons

Wish there was a little more training on the transition from Credit Analyst to Loan Officer

Pros

1.) Great place to get started in the banking field. Met some wonderful staff and customers. 2.) Connections are great to get while your their. 3.) Hours are the best compared to other part-time positions you would get. 4.) You will get basically every federal holiday off.

Cons

1.) Some customers tend to be rude at some point, but that's with most retail jobs 2.) As a college student didn't have much free time to really go anywhere. Worked about 30 hours a week every Saturday, while attending school full-time.
