Pros

Nothing but upset customers all the time

Cons

Fees, outdated technology, low pay, and makes employees open accounts in order to get direct deposit otherwise you get a paper check.

Pros

Supervisors and coworkers are kind, friendly and helpful. Opportunity for advancement. Flexible and understanding with time off.

Cons

Embarrassingly low pay for such a large bank and the amount of knowledge required. Low raises / Raises not based on performance. Limited training for the amount of knowledge you are expected to have due to shortages. Back office personnel can be unhelpful. Corporate clearly does not care about workers / unwilling to compromise.
