      Solid culture and cross-communication at all levels. A leadership team that puts people before profit. And an employee owned company!

      Our logo isn't on top of the building yet.

As far as our company sign on the building, we are working on that and looking for the Spring/Summer of 2018 to light up a new sign facing Rt. 100! Keep an eye out for it!

      Caring CEO who is very technical and business savvy, and cares about his employees. Great benefits. Wonderful staff. Plenty of company functions for fun and relaxation. Serious and hard working. Plenty of career opportunities and personal growth potential. ProSync is an excellent company to work for.

      Pros

      Prosync has been around for more years than a lot of companies in this industry. It conistently growns, which tends to make people that I work with from other companies nervous for their jobs. Evrytime I reached out to management they immediately responded. They also have quite a few social events so tgat we don't feel isolated from the corporate office. Unfortunately, we had to relocate due to health reasons to the west, but I would have continued to work at ProSync.

      Cons

      Monthly pay vs. bi-weekly. You have to be really disciplined in managing your finances.
