Pros

Decent pay Family events Employees of the corporate office who were not management were fun to work with and great

Cons

Management execs sure know how to sexually harass employees and brush it off like it is nothing. There are no ethics in this place of business. Because of their position, a filed complaint magically disappeared from an HR file. This company is beyond ridiculous. Favoritism plays a part in this company. If you aren't part of the "cool crowd" they will make it their mission to say and do things to make you quit or get fired. The turnover rate is very high and you are quickly replaced as if they planned to fire you months before you even catch wind. Leadership says "I'm going on-site." No that is not what happens. They go home, or wherever they choose and avoid work all while milking the clock. Office fraternization is the bread and butter for certain individuals. They cannot be trusted and will make it hard for you to move on after leaving the company.

Pros

The company has numerous and varied contract opportunities, and they continuously strive to make their employees happy. The company is now employee owned, which I missed out on. I was scared when the last management dropped the ball and completely left, with a malicious intent, as it turns out. I wish I would have stayed, as the company did such a major turnaround! The benefits are great, employees are listened to, and there is a genuine concern about everyone's well being!

Cons

I wish the management would have communicated better with the employees, because we stand by them, and trust that they will do everything that's possible to make us successful!

Pros

401 K match, training allocations, technology fund, and awesome All Hands meetings that were actually really fun ans festive! CEO, IT, Finance and HR staff were very supportive.

Cons

Operations leadership and Program Managers were really, really awful when I worked there. Heard it's much much better now (since the CEO fired all the weak links and made the company employee owned.).

Employee well-being is our number one focus. As you stated, we have a fantastic benefits program to meet the needs of our employees and their families. Mike has placed great leadership in the corporate office and has a solid team around him to take us to the next level! Of course, as employee-owned we are all in this together! Thank you for the advice, we are proactively engaging our ProSync'ers right where they sit and ensure we do more listening than talking.

Pros

The benefits are very competitive for a small business; not the best around but good for the company size. The office location was convenient to several restaurants. I had some great co-workers.

Cons

There was so much turnover in the company - everywhere from management to co-workers on various contracts, some of whom I really enjoyed working with. It is unfortunate that the company could not keep it together and it really goes to show that the owner failed on several fronts. He is the only constant at the company over the years and is big part of the reason things failed repeatedly. He was never around when it counted, especially when a large number of employees were let go or left on their own accord. He enabled a toxic environment to persist, led by the "management team" who also left. I realized too late that the environment was a reflection of the owner who seems to enjoy turmoil and chaos. Maybe things will get better, but it is doubtful after seeing how history has repeated itself.

Thank you for sharing your experience and I’m sure it was extremely disappointing and frustrating to go through what you did. Every company goes through a lifecycle of growth and decline. Our company has a similar story that is like many other companies in our community. However, turmoil on the inside of a company is like a cancer and it slowly puts a company in decline. I have been here for two years working alongside the CEO and the things you mention are no longer evident in our company. We are actively engaged with our employees and have a core team of “Silver Bullets” that have been with the company for over 10 years! We are excited about our future and look forward to coming in the next day to do our jobs again. A culture is strong when people work with each other, for each other. A culture is weak when people work against each other, for themselves. – Simon Sinek (notes to inspire)
