      There are always worse headhunting companies.

      Cons

      Absolute worse onboarding process I have ever experienced. They lost all credibility with me. They then took no responsibility for any of it showing they lacked integrity. It was their failure; I don't care whose fault it was. Their failure was clearly measurable and they wouldn't accept responsibility for it. It was as if they were confused that I missed the memo about magical fairy's that flew in and took all their responsibility away and I was suppose to magically trust them again. It was that crazy. Their arrogance, lying, and sense of entitlement was outrageous. They were a huge monkey on my back.

      Not helpful on HR issues-- can sometimes make it worse-- gives bad advice that may or may not be in line with placement company policies Little opportunity to turn jobs over into permanent role

      I'm thrilled to be part of PSI, where leadership leads with compassion, career growth is real, and the team culture is second to none. I’m proud to work in an environment where I’m seen, heard, and supported—both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      One of the biggest strengths of PSI is its supportive leadership and team-driven culture. That said, because the company is growing quickly, processes can occasionally feel a bit fluid. However, leadership is receptive to feedback, and I’ve seen improvements as the company scales.
