Pros
Most other PM's were great t work with, the Lead PM, is another story. She's on NV PMI board, so be very careful.
Cons
The company itself is in shambles. IT does not have a firm grip on their environment. Lead PM's in my case were the issue. We had a PM whose former job was a fitness trainer and she had no people skills, despite her saying she was Vet friendly. The PM in question has very limited scope personally to deal with any negative news, which we commonly get in PM. Just know that the project you're on might be hit or miss. The company does not always pay on time, which leads to frustration, as a contractor. The company will lead you to believe your valued but then drop you. Very Shady in my opinion. They favor women to men so they don't have to deal with situations that arise. The owner will also stab you in the back - be careful. Micro-management at its finest....
