The people here are just genuinely nice. I haven't been here for a long time but since day one I felt welcome. My colleagues are collaborative and professional but are fun to hang out with. People are busy but most clearly have a passion for Protiviti and what they're doing. It feels like we're a team that's working toward a greater goal. I enjoy working with people I can learn from. Tons of learning and development opportunities and ability and incentive to get certifications. Access to executive leadership - My office MD is awesome and he is always available if you need something. I've heard this is the case in other offices as well. There are different solution areas so there's a lot of variety of projects and stuff to get involved in. The projects aren't always the sexiest technologies, clients, or work, but it feels important and I can get exposure to lots of different things that I never would be able to if I was somewhere else. My training was awesome. I received a schedule before I started of what to expect and never felt like I was left to sink or swim.
