Business Outlook
Pros
Great culture, nice people, and a very accommodating management team. This is a great place to start out a career and the work environment is hard to beat. Lots of young people and always something to do in the office or on the road with your coworkers.
Cons
Doesn't pay as high as some competitors, but more than made up for by the fact that you don't work crazy weeks. 45+ is a rarity for me. However, unless you are interested in internal audit, credit risk, or financial compliance, the long-term tracks are somewhat limited.
