      Pros

      If you are lucky then you will get some really good projects. Small team size so you get good opportunity to perform.

      Cons

      Salary is below par. You have to travel frequently.

      Pros

      Extremely laid back and casual. Everyone is very friendly and there are often morale events. Working alongside Microsoft Licensing employees is a great way to make connections that can lead to jobs at Big 4 companies, as well.

      Cons

      Require a lot of CPE, although some of it does not pertain to the actual job. The work is also somewhat seasonal, so some weeks there will be very little do, then some times you work 60 hour weeks.

      Pros

      The people are incredible. It's like a tight knit family. The career advancement is worth starting here. Thoroughly enjoyed happy hours, time spent in the office, and the events outside of work.

      Cons

      Controls. Too much work on controls, test scripts, controls, and more controls. The work can't really be translated to another job, unless it's Internal Audit work with controls. Also, pay can be much more competitive.
