-- Talented and passionate teammates and interesting projects, if you get on the right team -- If you are lucky you will find a great team that cares about you, from the consultants that you work with all the way up to the MD -- Depending on the team structure, you can have opportunities to prove yourself and take on more responsibilities -- Days to work from home when you are on a long term engagement with a lot of travel

Cons

-- Sometimes finding a good project is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Very few real consulting engagements vs. internal audit projects -- Management has very little concern in keeping staff interested and learning. If a client loves you and you've been on a project for 1+ year, you have to fight very very very hard to go and learn something new, which is not why we joined consulting in the first place... -- Strong possibility of being thrown under the bus -- Internal initiatives go no where

Growing company and therefore best place to learn and start your professionl career. Opportunity to work on projects from different industry and gain an insightful experience.

Cons

It's a tough job which requires 100 percent committment in terms of time and effort. Involves a lot of travelling and so takes a lot on your body.
