      Great for first five years - uncertain how it plays out after that

      Pros

      Diverse experiences across multiple clients, industries, and types of work - opportunity you may not receive in a non professional services setting Develop a lot of perspective quickly.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be left to figure things out without a lot of support. Recession had left them a little gunshy to hire - thus they are struggling to keep up with demand. Drain of talented resources is putting stress on teams.

      Pros

      The culture at protiviti is one of the best. The people you work with are fun, young, motivated, and looking to help each other out. Lots of solid team work initatives and fun internal projects. In addition, for someone looking to move around and try different things, protiviti is very open to offering those options

      Cons

      You sometimes wonder if Protiviti really treats their star employees any better than their other more "standard" employees. They should really reward their star staff and promote them quicker than the average track.

      Great Exposure and Experience

      Pros

      Since starting at Protiviti, I have been exposed to multiple industries and allowed the oppurtunity to build my experience in all those fields. I was not getting that at my prior position where i was positioned in only one industry. The people are great to work with and if you work hard, you are rewarded for it

      Cons

      The benefits could use an adjustment to add more coverage for those with families.
