      Great for building a foundational knowledge of various business processes

      Pros

      Depends on what projects you work on, the experience can be really great (fun traveling, good hours, challenging but not impossible work, great team members). There are individuals in the office that are of nurturing and supportive nature and are able to provide guidance on professional as well as personal growth.

      Cons

      Then there are other projects where the hours are long and you wouldn't feel as supported by the management when managers are swamped themselves with multiple demanding projects going on.

      -very intelligent people -younger employees receive great responsibility and are given great autonomy -fair compensation and benefits -great work/life balance

      -poor communication from management -certain groups operate in silos -certain groups are more favored than others -lack of informational resources

      Stuffy and overly formal workplace Heavily dependent upon staffing new college grads with little experience Culture where promotions are expected based on employment duration, not performance Struggling to expand service offering other than Internal Audit or SOX work Too timid in making changes to their service offering
