With great support from its buddy and mentor programs, I was empowered to be independent and work with clients and some interesting proects from the start. You have good flexibility in choosing your style of work, clients. Additionally, Protiviti has good work-life balance and a very relaxed yet professional culture. It has great career development process that includes on-going professional training and skills development opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.
Cons
Depending on the way you look at it, you will need to be dynamic and be able to adopt to different managing styles and work environments. This was more of a positive challenge for me.
