Pros
The people are great to work with and I've made a lot of friends throughout the process The work life balance is key compared to other competitors in which you are much more highly overworked, pending the client you are engaged on of course. The time off is reasonable and realistic as the work allows it to be. This is a great place to start as the compensation is comparable to other competitors such as big four internal auditing firms.
Cons
You have to love internal audit work to appreciate the day to day work you will be under. The over-hiring does lead to benched players and in a competitive economic environment, there should be a higher push towards minimizing costs.
