      Pros

      Great place to develop yourself professionally as the managers are more willing to teach you every step of the process. Especially good for recent college grads

      Cons

      Brand name isn't quite there yet and pay is alright for the DC area, could be better

      Pros

      The promotion process and quality of people were inconsistent. There were great people and not so great people. And the compensation did not directly refelct whether they were great or not. The company has changed course a few times from riding the SOX bandwagon, to getting thrown off the wagon and having to reinvent itself.

      Cons

      There are some great people to work for and interesting proejcts. You just need to find the great people while avoiding the mediocre. Very good at publishing thought leadership and providing training throughout your career.

      Pros

      Since starting at Protiviti, I have been exposed to multiple industries and allowed the oppurtunity to build my experience in all those fields. I was not getting that at my prior position where i was positioned in only one industry. The people are great to work with and if you work hard, you are rewarded for it

      Cons

      The benefits could use an adjustment to add more coverage for those with families.
