Hire out of college students with decent pay.

Cons

The management is far disconnected from the rest of the team. They are focus only one thing and that is profit. Certain projects are sold at cheap hours which in result mean less pay for the employee.

Pros

As you conduct research about the company, or as you spend time at recruiting events or interviews, you will consistently hear that the best part of working at Protiviti is the culture. After just over one year of working here, I can confidently say that Protiviti's culture is the best I have ever experienced. Its people are incredibly supportive, positive, and jovial; management is accessible and intelligent; and the work-life balance is the best in the industry.

Cons

None for me personally. Some employees have expressed frustration with Protiviti's sales credit system, however, management seems to be working on overhauling the system in the near future.

Great people. Fantastic Culture. Great opportunities to learn. Great mentorship structure.

Cons

In the first few years, performance is largely based on changeability (same as any consulting firm). This can be a little unmotivating. Protiviti does a good job of recognizing those giving excellent client service.

Thank you for your feedback. While billable hours is indeed a large component of ICP in your first few years , the teaming and quality and engagement performance components are also very important and are sized such that they are also very meaningful to the overall payout.
