      Level of satisfaction will depend a lot on which practice you go into. Additionally, being staffed on a good client goes a long way. During the recruitment process, they will lead you to believe that even if you start out in one business area that you are able to move around to other practices based on your skills and interests; however, this is more difficult than they will make it sound. The work on the IA side is not exciting or fulfilling, and it is easy to get pigeonholed into only IA/SOX projects if you are not careful. Ordinarily, this would not be an issue as you would develop expertise in a subject area. The problem is that the skill set associated with IA/SOX doesn't really translate to anything other than IA/SOX. Would lean toward defining this role less as "Consulting" and more audit which was not quite what I expected.

We work hard to support our people in their career goals and help them move into the work that both interests them most and is aligned with our business needs.
