      Great place to start your career.

      Pros

      Great people and culture, some remote work flexibility, and solid opportunities for advancement. Profitable company with stable management team and industry outlook.

      Cons

      Limited project variety - SOX work dominates, even compared to internal operational audits. Clients still cannot pronounce or spell company name. True consulting practices still in development.

      Consulting, but not the "management consulting" you may be thinking of

      Pros

      The people and culture are great. Younger environment

      Cons

      Much of the work is still focused around Accounting type of work. Their consulting practice is starting to grow, but they label themselves as a consulting company when their bread and butter is still SOX work.

      -Good bonus for seniors -Good opportunity for client interaction

      Cons

      -This is an internal audit firm NOT a consulting firm. True risk consulting projects are far and few. -Leadership is not diverse -Weak management -Poor staffing model

Many offices have structured senior or consultant panels where Managing Directors hear directly from the entry level employees. I encourage you to participate in these if available in your location, or to talk to your local HR or Talent Manager about the project experiences you are receiving.
