      Poor work–life balance Widespread favoritism in decision-making High-performing employees are rarely recognized or compensated fairly Designations are not aligned with experience or responsibilities HR provides misleading information; post-onboarding support is almost nonexistent Company culture is misrepresented during hiring; promises made are not honored Operates like a typical owner-driven (“lala”) organization rather than a professional setup Senior leadership, including the CEO, lacks transparency and often communicates inaccurately Absence of clear and structured company policies --- DONT JOIN NOIDA BRANCH IN ANY TECHNOLOGY ------ IT WILL BE NIGHTMARE FOR YOU.
