Only work-life balance and flexibility Don't stay here for long, there won't be much growth in here.

1. The compensation increase for moving up is insulting and nowhere near industry standards. 2. There are only 3 pillars in Protiviti, Tech Consulting, Risk Compliance , and Internal audit and financial advisory. The firm is barely keeping its head above water, resulting in pathetic increments and 'ghost' promotions. Management lacks integrity and relies on a cycle of fake promises to retain staff. A complete waste of time for anyone looking for actual professional or financial progression. 3. To anyone currently in a role and considering an offer from Protiviti, maybe they offer a 15%-20% increment, please do not do it. This is not an 'opportunity', it is a lateral move into a sinking ship. You will find zero growth, pathetic compensation, and a leadership team that relies on bait-and-switch tactics. Protect your career and your sanity by looking elsewhere. 4. Don't be blinded by the 'Great Place to Work' badges, it’s a total fraudulent facade. The award is a hollow marketing scam designed to lure you into a toxic environment. Behind the shiny PR is a culture of broken promises and exploitation. 5. The turnover rate is staggering. It’s a revolving door because the firm is failing its employees. If you want a real career in consulting, go to the Big4 and ignore this place entirely. Don't be the next person to quit within a year.
