      Pros

      Strong brand value and reputation in risk consulting, internal audit, and advisory services. Excellent learning exposure across SOX, internal audit, risk management, and compliance engagements. Well-structured methodologies, tools, and templates that help build strong professional fundamentals. Supportive team culture at the engagement level; colleagues and managers and directors are approachable. Good client exposure at an early stage of the career, which enhances communication and stakeholder-management skills.

      Cons

      No hybrid work culture. Employees are required to work from the office all five days, Work hours can be long and unpredictable during peak periods, especially close to client deadlines. Resource planning can be challenging at times, leading to uneven workload across engagements. Career progression and promotions may feel slower compared to expectations in consulting environments. Compensation and annual increments may not always be fully aligned with market benchmarks.
