Supportive Management. Even if you have loys of work, no one will pinpoint you before the deadline. Lots of csr activities which helps in team building like inhouse kids day, sports day and etc As it is mainly product based you will have a great learning curve as you will be developing a product which will be used by your own employess. You can ask for regular feedback from upper management on their online portal.

Cons

Parking facilities in the building should be there.
