Pros

- Lots of great work with leaders in the engineering industry - Small Community -Supports Local Charity - Staff (Not management) is super easy to get along with -Lots of work socials -Weekly Lunch and Learns

Cons

-Unreliable pay structure -Toxic work environment created by upper management -Underpaid stressful jobs with no reliability on biweekly pays -Employees are treated as a disposable. They are recycled quite often. -Lots of internally established Ethical guidelines that the upper management doesn't abide by -Upper management thinks that fairness in terms of payment structure is "Juvenile"

- Convenient Location - Innovative Leadership - Supports Local Charities

Cons

- Poor Management Skills at the top - Employees are treated as disposable and easily replaced - Company Culture is very negative - Several members of the production management team have treated subordinates very poorly, which I have personally experienced - Members of the upper management frequently make disparaging remarks to their employees. The effect is toxic and discouraging.
